Laxmi Niwas Palace at Bikaner is a perfect blend of luxury, art, and history. As part of our Royal Exploration with Narendra Bhawan Bikaner, we got an opportunity to visit this beautiful property. The hotel exudes elegance with every square foot.
The walls of the Palace display all prized possession of a passion called hunting, the interiors are a spellbinding articulation of the yesteryear, tasteful antiques, Usta work artifacts, intricate golden leaf, detailed carving on the walls and ceilings are a predominant sight. Here every corner is exquisite, to say the least.

Gosh what an amazing property, beautiful inside and out!
Love that architecture and would love to stay a night in that bedroom – so glamorous!
I would never guess that this is a hotel. Looks more like a castle and the rooms are amazing!
that looks amazing! I love the game hall with all the hides. I love exploring several of the palaces in India because the ornate art work/carvings on the walls were amazing to me.
The carving and latticework is incredible, I would imagine standing there in awe for quite some time!
One of my favorite parts about traveling in India was the beautiful architecture and detail. We didn’t get to the Niwas Palace but it does look stunning
Awesome pictures, nice location , thank you for sharing this.

Majestic! I love these ancient yet modern palaces with beautiful architecture. Laxmi Niwas Palace looks absolutely beautiful. There are so many little details, so magnificent that makes me want to visit this gem of a place.
As I browse through the photos, I can feel my jaw dropping. Like literally! I’ve always been appreciative of good architecture and seek after them whenever I travel. And this architectural feature is up there in terms of grandeur and details!
Looks like a stunning place loaded with details. I love the photo you took using the doorway to frame what was behind.
This place looks exquisite with its’ grande architecture. I am sure it would be majestic to see it first hand. The photos make it seem like a luxury to visit. Thanks for sharing!
As always, you’ve captured some incredible shots here. Certainly, while all the animals skins and trophy heads are quite grisly, it is certainly a stark reminder of the time in which this place had its heyday. I think it’s a little out of my price range just yet but thanks for sharing!
WOW! These pics are INCREDIBLE!!! I was in Bikaner at the beginning of my trip, but now I regret not going to the palace.. But I’ll surely be back and remember to go inside. thanks for sharing! 🙂
Look at those incredible buildings and the detail in the architecture! Quite stunning and spectacular. What a great place to visit, sounds and looks beautiful.
What an incredible building! The architecture is stunning – so detailed! Although I’m not sure I’m a fan of the animal skins on the wall inside – it may be they are a sign of wealth/power from days gone by, but still – I’d have preferred if they had kept them as pets in the grounds!
This hotel is absolutely magnificent!!
Cheers
